I don’t generally measure things when I’m cooking. For this just make the amount according to your own family.
- Egg Noodles (cooked)
- Tuna Fish
- Cheese (I used extra sharp cheddar)
- Mixed Veggies
- Creamed Soup Substitute (I used vegetable bouillon for this mix, I also used milk when mixing it all together to use)
Just mix it all together and heat it up.

Salam. That creamed soup substitute recipe is pure genius! The cans in the store have MSG and a zillion other ingredients. This is much healthier. Just need some powdered milk and dried onions and then i can try it. thanks.
